Subject: Free School Safety Partnership Assessment for [District Name]

Hi John,

I recently spoke with Mehlville School District, and they recommended you as the key contact for school safety in your district.

We’re offering STL-area schools a FREE “Safety Partnership Assessment” — designed to forge strong, ongoing partnerships with local police, first responders, and other safety stakeholders.

Highlights:

  • For districts committed to student safety and comprehensive security assessments.
  • Created in the wake of the Robb Elementary tragedy in Uvalde, Texas — with a focus on police coordination and response times.
  • Used by districts nationwide to strengthen safety protocols and share insights that help other schools improve.

Would you like to participate at no cost?
I can meet in person or connect via Zoom — whichever is most convenient for you.

Looking forward to your district’s participation.
